"Healthy Yoga for Seniors Intermediate" DVD is led by expert Yoga Teacher YOGA CHUCK (Chuck Burmeister) who discovered yoga after becoming disabled with Multiple Sclerosis and struggled physically and mentally. Yoga transformed Yoga Chuck's life positively from head to heels. He loves sharing with everyone he can, helping them improve their quality of life.

This gentle Yoga practice includes modifications shown in the picture-in-picture, demoing milder version of the poses. It also includes a 13 minute Relaxation practice. This video builds off the Beginner DVD continuing to improve your quality of life. It's designed for seniors and baby boomers, but is also suitable for those living with most any disability, illness, injury and/or physical limitations. This video also works as a good starting point if you're active in your daily life, but want to continue improving yourself.

Yoga Chuck breaks down the poses, as he walks you through the Yoga practice so you understand what is happening with your body alignment, balance and awareness. The awareness will allow you to apply what you've learned to your daily life. With this DVD you'll continue improving:
