IMPORTANT USER INFORMATION:We had several customers who mentioned "When you try to write with some of the pens they push back into the barrel so we're unable to write with them.". Although rarely seen, if this problem does occur on some of the pens, please disassemble the pen by pulling the silver pen tip out of the pen barrel, check whether the refill inside the barrel has become loose, twist the refill until it goes back to its position. You will then find the pens not retract and function just as supposed to.
