Stovetop Instructions:
- Pour 1 cups of unsalted water into a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the contents of both pouches into the boiling water and stir well. Bring back to boil over high heat.
- Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat, for about 7-9 minutes. Stir occasionally until water is completely absorbed and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp. of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter, if desired.
- Let stand with lid for 2-3 minutes before serving.
