Description
Armor SC25 is a reactive, penetrating sealer for white or light concrete. Derived from a catalyzed siliconate solution, the Armor SC25 fuses within the substrate to combat freeze-thaw damage, cracking and spalling, and limit the penetration of damaging impurities such as water, snow and ice, salt, oil, gas, and grease. When properly applied, the Armor SC25 can provide up to 10 years of protection. The Armor SC25 is recommended for interior and exterior, driveways and sidewalks, parking lots, garage floors, warehouse floors, pool decks, patios, brick, pavers, smooth toweled concrete, broom finish concrete, fiber reinforced concrete, white concrete, aggregate concrete, stone, and other unsealed, porous substrates. The Armor SC25 requires only ONE heavy coat applied at a rate of 100-150 FT2/gallon for porous substrates, or 200-250 FT2/gallon for dense, trowel finished substrates. Per gallon coverage will vary depending on the porosity of the surface.
