Description

The MEINL Bongo Cajon is a compact cajon with high and low pitched areas similar to a bongo, but with a woody cajon sound. It is constructed in the traditional Peruvian style without any snares to produce a clean, warm tone that blends the sound of bongos with a cajon. This instrument is ideal for players who want to pick up and go without carrying around a larger drum, or to have around the home for fun jam sessions. The sound is not limited by its size, and its ergonomic design allows you to comfortably play from the lap as you would with actual bongo drums. The environmentally sustainable Rubber Wood has outstanding resonating acoustic properties and is structurally durable. Included on this bongo cajon are small silicon rubber feet to keep the instrument from slipping on smooth surfaces.
