Simply place the block of Spam on the slicer base with the wires in the upright position. Lower the wires with a slow, firm pressure to slice. For cutting equally sized Spam sticks, rotate the Spam slices a 1-quarter turn and lower the wires to slice again. Rotate again to slice into cubes.
