The JBK Brown Sugar Saver will soften the hard brown sugar and keep it soft for up to 3 months when stored in a closed container. When your Brown Sugar begins to harden again, simply soak the Brown Sugar Saver for 15 minutes in warm water, pat dry, and re-place in the Brown Sugar container.
