The pressure. The frustration. The worry. The stress. I know it all too well. The feeling of overbearing pressure has always been a struggle of my own.I would worry before I pray. I would worry before I considered what God would want me to do. However, my desire for control will never dismiss the importance of reversing worry into stillness.and neither does yours.Jesus left with us with the fruits of the spirit, and it wasnt until I learned them, and found that these are gifts that Hes already supplied us with, that I became still.Fruits of the spirit:Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Long-Suffering, Gentleness, Faith, and Self Control.I don't know about you, but I strive to walk and live in those things. Which first requires our ability to quiet our minds and emotions so that we can be still in God.
