A versatile, multi-purpose hot and cold gel pack. Well suited for treatment of soft tissue injuries or long-term chronic injuries.

The fabric sleeve with elasticated strap facilitates the application of cold compression therapy.

INSTRUCTIONS

COLD THERAPY: Cold Use Place pack in freezer (-15?C) for up to 2 hours before use. Wrap in a protective sleeve or towel before applying to the affected area. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 minutes.
HEAT THERAPY: Place pack in hot water (max 80?C) for 10 minutes. Always remove from the heat source before immersing pack into the water. Alternatively place pack in the microwave covered in water in a suitable bowl. Ensure gel is evenly distributed within the pack. From room temperature heat pack for 45 seconds at 600W. If needed, increase heating time in 10 seconds intervals to reach desired temperature. If frozen, heat the pack for 60 seconds and allow 60 seconds before applying. Times should be reduced for microwaves with higher power ratings. Wrap in protective sleeve before applying to the affected area. Use pack in short intervals no longer than 20 minutes.
