Description

8 Olivos Premium Flavored Olive Oils are elaborated with fresh olives and selected natural vegetables. Our quality and unique taste have placed us among the top 100 Flavored Olive Oils in the world.

8 Olivos Premium flavored extra virgin olive oils are cold pressed with 100% natural ingredients. A fine selection of natural Red chili pepper, ginger, thyme, basil, oregano, orange, bay leaf, green pepper and merqun, along with fresh olives, leads to an exceptional olive oil with a rich, robust taste and aroma.

8 Olivos Premium Flavor is an exceptionally pure and refined extra virgin olive oil from Chile's beautiful Lontue Valley. It is the result of the perfect combination of the best olives, fertile soil and an ideal climate. Modern technology, coupled with a respect for our history, supports us in the accomplishment of our mission: Make the best olive oil in the world. All our effort and passion are always focused on crafting the highest quality oil to satisfy chefs and discriminating gourmands alike.

Quality is our grand prize and we exhibit it with pride in every bottle of 8 Olivos Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

HOW TO TASTE OLIVE OIL
1. Pour a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil into a stemless wineglass or small glass.
2. Cup the glass in your hands and swirl the oil gently to release aromas.
3. Stick your nose in the glass, and inhale deeply.
4. Slurp a mouthful of oil while inhaling noisily, just as your mother taught you not to eat soup. Drawing air in heightens the flavor. Then, breathe out through your nose.
5. Swallow while concentrating on the flavor.
6. Consider quietly carefully first the general categories (fruitiness, pungency, bitterness), and then expand from there. Write down your observations, and then compare with your fellow tasters.
