Place one of the leak alarms at the bottom of a washing machine, water heater, or toilet, or in any room where there is fear of flooding. If a unit senses water, it will emit a loud 85-decibel alarm that will continue for up to 72 hours until silenced. Each water sensor is splash- and water-resistant and can be placed up to 6 feet away from its alarm unit.
